I know this, because I’ve lived it.

For years, I betrayed my expression to stay in a safe, passionless relationships and careers that didn’t fulfill me. I sacrificed my joy, my desires, and my spark in the name of work, hustle and grind.

One day, it all fell apart… my relationship, my business, my identity. What looked like a breakdown was really a portal: an invitation to come home to the woman I had abandoned.

And at the center of it all… was my connection to life-force energy. In the Taoist tradition, this is called jing.

That raw, potent, electric force I had spent a lifetime suppressing: that was my power.

So I followed it.

I trained in Taoist Sexual Alchemy, Tantric BDSM, Conscious Kink, Tantric courses and more…. Things that weren’t taught in my two Ivy League grad school masters programs.

My journey into the world of alternative healing led me to discover the power of my desires. I reconnected with my body, my voice, and the kind of pleasure that isn’t just physical, it’s a deep, soul-stirring passion that lights up every aspect of life.

From this place, I dissolved my previous private practice and began this one.

This isn’t just my story… it’s the story that we’re all awakening to: walking away from what we “should” be doing, and stepping into a more full, purposeful, vibrant life.
