  • I primarily work with women who are done playing small. Women who may appear confident on the outside, but deep down feel disconnected, burned out, or stuck in old patterns of people-pleasing, emotional suppression, or shame around their desires.

    I also work with couples that are looking to enhance their intimacy with Tantra, Kink and Conscious Relating tools.

    My clients are curious, self-aware, and open to exploring the edges of who they are: emotionally, sensually, and spiritually.

  • No, this work goes far beyond traditional therapy.

    I’m clinically trained with two Master’s degrees in Counseling, BUT what I offer isn’t confined to a diagnostic model. My approach blends evidence-based mental health techniques with coaching, feminine embodiment practices, Tao-Tantric wisdom, and Conscious Kink.

    It’s a holistic, embodied journey that weaves together science and soul, designed not just to treat symptoms, but to awaken the empowered, fully expressed woman within you.

  • No, I work solely privately. But, I create individual payment plans when needed.

  • All of my coaching calls are held via zoom. I have in-person sessions available on a case-by-case basis.
