Hey, I’m Karina!

I used to struggle with intimacy… I often wondered, “is this really it?”...

For years, I searched for answers within traditional psychology and spirituality. What I discovered is that our relationship with sex and intimacy is rarely just about sex itself. It’s about the layers of conditioning, shame, trauma, and expectations we’ve absorbed over a lifetime.

Real healing happens when we create space to explore these layers safely and honestly.
