Hey, I’m Karina!
I used to struggle with intimacy… I often wondered, “is this really it?”...
For years, I searched for answers within traditional talk therapy. People in talk therapy often spend decades looping through the same issues, never getting to the root cause. This is when I discovered that relational wounds are held in the body, and releasing these wounds can be done through somatics, Tantra and Taoist teachings.
Most couples have an unconscious fear of being deeply seen and vulnerable in their expression. My work helps couples unravel the limitations that have led them into the “roommate” phase that slowly kills connection.
